Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

Xoredge (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds software and AI products and operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. Xoredge operates through entities registered in Poland (Xoredge Sp. z o.o.) and Pakistan (Xoredge (Pvt) Ltd).

Who is the data controller

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the controller is Xoredge Sp. z o.o. (Poland). You can reach our team about any privacy matter at privacy@xoredge.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us — when you submit a contact, demo or sales form: your name, email, company and the message you send.
  • Booking information — if you book a call, the scheduling details you provide via Cal.com.
  • Usage data — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (via Plausible) that do not identify you individually.
  • Technical data — server logs containing IP address and request metadata, kept for security and reliability.

Why we use it (legal bases)

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide demos or quotes (performance of a contract / our legitimate interest).
  • To send you information you requested (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To secure, operate and improve our website and services (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookieless analytics that set no tracking cookies and do not build personal profiles. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate (for example, email and scheduling). The current list is in our Sub-processors page.

International transfers

As a company operating in Poland and Pakistan, your data may be processed in either country. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. EEA residents may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). To exercise any right, email privacy@xoredge.com.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. To report a vulnerability, see our Security page.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice; have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it commercially.
