These terms govern your use of the Xoredge website and any products or services we provide, unless a separate signed agreement applies (in which case that agreement prevails).

Who we are

Xoredge delivers software development and AI services and operates a portfolio of products. We contract through Xoredge Sp. z o.o. (Poland) and Xoredge (Pvt) Ltd (Pakistan).

Use of the website

Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
Don't scrape, copy or reuse our content beyond normal browsing without permission.
Information on the site is provided in good faith for general purposes and may change without notice.

Services and quotes

Descriptions, pricing tiers and timelines shown here are indicative. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, fees and deliverables.

Intellectual property

The Xoredge name, logo, site design and content are our property or licensed to us. Ownership of work we deliver to clients is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Third-party products

Some of our products link to external apps and stores. Your use of those is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xoredge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and the courts of Warsaw have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
