Can we migrate our existing student and fee records?+
Yes. We import from spreadsheets or your current system during onboarding, validate the data with you, and run both systems in parallel until you're confident.
Is student data kept private and secure?+
Access is role-based and every report respects the logged-in user's permissions. Data is encrypted in transit, backed up daily, and can be self-hosted on your own infrastructure on request.
Does the AI assistant ever see data a user shouldn't?+
No. The assistant runs every query through the same permission layer as the rest of the app, so it can only surface what the current user is already allowed to see.
How long does it take to go live?+
